Broken Chain

 We went away to a place

where there's no tears nor sorrow,
only laughter and smiles.
There will always be a tomorrow.

As We move amongst the clouds.
I'll look down and smile upon you,
while the angels
sing a heavenly song.

We are not alone.
All who went before
are here;
they awaited our return.

We know you'll grieve
and wish we were still here.
We are  here in the memories
you hold dear.

Remember how much We
loves you,
and know We took your
love with us

We did not wish for 
you to cry nor feel sad.
Our pain is gone and
Are free

Soon you'll come to me.

God will be with you
Just as He's with us

In the quiet of night, I close my eyes, Where shadows and memories softly rise, A dream begins, tender and true, And there she stands, like morning dew. Her voice, a whisper, sweet and clear, Like a melody only the heart can hear, Her hands reach out, warm and near, Banishing every lingering fear.
